  • 2 venison steaks about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme optional
  • 1 tbsp butter optional for finishing

Instructions

  • ❶ Preheat Grill or Skillet
    Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
