Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried herbs such as parsley, chives, or dill
  • 1-2 tbsp milk or water optional, for thinning

Instructions

  • ❶ Blend the Ingredients
    In a blender or food processor, add:
    Cottage cheese, yogurt, Greek , Lemon juice, Garlic, Salt ,Pepper, Fresh herbs (like parsley, dill, or chives)
    ❷ Blend Until Smooth
    Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
    If the sauce is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
    ❸ Taste and Adjust
    Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt, pepper, or herbs if needed.
    ❹ Serve or Store
    Serve immediately with grilled or baked chicken, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
